What is the Survey About?
The Singapore’s Best Customer Service Survey is an annual study conducted by The Straits Times in collaboration with international market researcher Statista. It identifies Singapore’s top customer service providers across 99 categories and 1,800 brands, spanning traditional retail, online, and service sectors. The results are based on over 96,000 evaluations from more than 10,000 Singaporean respondents.
How Did TC Acoustic Perform?
