What is your return policy?

TC Acoustic Sdn. Bhd. does not cover buyers’ remorse and goods delivered are non-refundable. If product is deemed as defective on delivery, recipient may contact TC Acoustic for an exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy allows for exchange of item(s) if it meets all of the following criteria:

  •  The item(s) is/are returned within seven (7) days from the delivery date
  •  The item(s) is/are supported by a proof of purchase (E.g. Receipt, Invoice)
  •  There is a valid reason for the return or exchange

The product does not function according to manufacturer’s specification

Incorrect/wrong item

A wrong product has been delivered (E.g Wrong Colour, Wrong Item)

Missing items/parts

Missing items/parts as indicated on the product packaging

 

  •  The goods must be in new condition and returned with the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it
