General responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with our customers and serve happiness to them
- Establish customer’s loyalty with our company
- Engage our customers on various digital and in-person platforms
- Assist with refunds, exchanges or troubleshooting of products
- Provide solutions for our customers and follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
Must-haves
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English
- Ability to improvise on the spot
- Calm and composed in any situation
- Good time management
- Can-do attitude and make things happen
Nice-to-haves
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service roles
