General Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and recommend suitable audio products to customers with relevant product knowledge
• Establish customer’s loyalty with our company
• Form lasting relationships with our customers and serve happiness to them
• Provide solutions for our customers and follow up to ensure resolution
• Analyse sales performance for the department

• Based in KL
• Ability to convert sales

• Good command of English
