1. Programme Period
The Bowers & Wilkins 60th Anniversary Upgrade Programme ("Programme") runs from 24 July 2026 to [end date], both dates inclusive ("Programme Period"), in Singapore and Malaysia only. TC Acoustic reserves the right to extend, shorten, or withdraw the Programme at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
2.1 The Programme is open to individuals residing in Singapore or Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 There are two participant tiers:
(a) Existing Owners — individuals who own a Bowers & Wilkins product, verified at [point of verification — e.g. proof of purchase / serial number], are entitled to 25% off their next Bowers & Wilkins purchase.
(b) New Customers — individuals who do not currently own a Bowers & Wilkins product are entitled to 15% off their first Bowers & Wilkins purchase.
2.3 Tier eligibility is determined at the point of registration and is not transferable between tiers after a discount code or reference number has been issued.
How to register
3.1 Participants must register via https://my.tcacoustic.asia/pages/bowers-and-wilkins-60th-anniversary
3.2 Registration requires [name, email, contact number, and — for Existing Owners — proof of existing ownership].
3.3 No physical product trade-in, exchange, or collection is required or accepted under this Programme. "Trade-Up" refers to an upgrade discount only.
3.4 Upon successful registration, participants will receive an acknowledgement on-screen and a confirmation email containing their discount code (online redemption) or reference number (in-store redemption).
Redemption
4.1 Online: The discount code provided may be applied at checkout on sg.tcacoustic.asia or my.tcacoustic.asia only during the Programme Period.
4.2 In-Store: The confirmation email or a screenshot of it must be presented to staff at a participating Bowers & Wilkins retail partner in Singapore or Malaysia at the time of purchase.
4.3 Each discount code / reference number is valid for one (1) redemption only and cannot be reused.
4.4 The discount applies to the purchase price of the product before other applicable taxes or delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
Discount terms
5.1 The Programme discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, or offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2 The discount is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other form of value.
5.3 Zeppelin Pro Edition and McLaren edition products at 15% off.
General
6.1 TC Acoustic reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke a discount where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or fraudulent.
6.2 TC Acoustic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.3 By registering, participants consent to their personal data being collected and used in accordance with TC Acoustic's Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of building the Bowers & Wilkins customer database.
6.4 In the event of any dispute, TC Acoustic's decision is final.
