Bought the Ace together with the Arc and Sub, and the sound experience is absolutely astounding. Great soundstage with deep bass. Great for literally all the different genres of music that I listen to -- jazz, pop, rock, reggae, classical.
The only challenge I faced was when I was pairing it with my system through the app.

The set needs a firmware update to address an auto shutdown issue which has been bugging customers. Have called TC Acoustic Helpdesk for assistance and was told a technician will call me back. Until now have not received a single call from anybody. Hope your customer service could be better improved, especially for your valued customers who had already purchased a number of products from you.
