The set needs a firmware update to address an auto shutdown issue which has been bugging customers. Have called TC Acoustic Helpdesk for assistance and was told a technician will call me back. Until now have not received a single call from anybody. Hope your customer service could be better improved, especially for your valued customers who had already purchased a number of products from you.

Sonos is a good brand. But Roam 2 is just an okey speaker with nothing to be proud much. Clarity is good, but overall sound is just okey. Airplay with quitch glitchy..sometimes cannot detect. But bluetooth connection is solid.
